Diamond Core Drill Bit Performance
Our core drill bits use industrial-grade diamond segments to cut through tough materials like reinforced concrete, cinder block, and masonry with minimal vibration. Wet core bits deliver smoother results in structural concrete, while dry core bits are ideal for quick setups, brick walls, or non-reinforced surfaces. Turbo rim styles increase speed, while segmented bits handle heavy-duty aggregate and faster debris removal.

How to Choose the Right Core Bit
Consider material hardness, project scale, and your tool’s RPM range when selecting a core bit. Wet cutting provides longer blade life and better dust control, while dry bits offer convenience on jobsites without water access. For deep drilling or large-diameter holes, rig-mounted wet bits with segmented edges are often the best choice.
