   • Refunds will not be issued for items that are deemed to have been used. Diamond Blade Planet reserves the sole right to determine whether a returned item has been used.

Return Process

1. Return Freight Responsibility
   • Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for unused items.
   • As a convenience, we can provide a return shipping label through UPS or FedEx. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund amount.
