Do you offer free shipping or expedited options?

Yes! We offer FREE ground shipping for all orders to the 48 contiguous US states. You may select your desired type of expedited shipping at checkout for an additional fee.

2. Discount Offers

Do you offer any discount for items purchased on your site?

Yes! We offer a discount of up to 10% when you buy multiple items from our site. Buy any Diamond Blade, Core Bit or Cup Wheel at our low published price and for each additional Diamond Blade, Core Bit or Cup Wheel you buy, get an additional 1% discount off your order up to a total possible discount of 10%.

3. Return and Refund Policies

What is your return policy?

You may return any unused item you purchase from our website within 60 days of the date your item delivers. We do NOT charge a restocking fee for these items, however, the return freight will be at the buyers expense.

How long does it take to process a refund and how are the funds returned?

The average time to issue a refund after receiving a returned item is typically 5-10 business days. This allows for:

  1. Inspection and Processing to ensure the item meets our return criteria.

  2. Refund Processing: Your refund will be made through the original payment method you used for purchase. Please be aware that we have no control over, and can not be held responsible for, delays that may occur on behalf of your bank or credit card processing gateways after we have completed our funds release. You will be notified of our refund to you via the email address you provided at checkout.
